We will be ministering at a number of orphanages, Hebrons mission hospital and Daughters of Cambodia (a ministry to girls rescued from sex trafficking) . The focus of the trip will be 3 fold. 1. Ministry to the children at the orphanages (including teaching songs, games, English and just loving them), 2. Medical missions and 3. Scopeing opportunities for micro economies to provide sustainable income. More details to follow!
Children's home in Cham Tong, Chiangmai
We have in Dec 2012 send funds out to support the childrens home in Cham Tong in Chiangmai for 6 months. This is one of the homes that is managed by CCO but does not have a sponsor. We visited the home in the 2012 trip. This home supports 20 children from a tribal Karen refugee settlement. Do remember them in your prayers.
BREAD & LIFE INTERNATIONAL: WINNING LOGO DESIGN
After much deliberation last Saturday over all the many wonderful designs and ideas this was the winning design that was chosen.
The judges (inc. Coco & Mocha!) really liked the simple combination of the bread profile with the heartbeat below giving it an easily recognisable and memorable impression as well.
Over the next few months, we will be developing this further as the charity launches into a REALLY EXCITING 2013!
We hope you like it too. Feel free to leave your thoughts, constructive feedback and comments below.
FINALLY - A MASSIVE THANKYOU TO EVERYONE FOR ALL YOUR BRILLIANT DESIGNS, LOVE & SUPPORT!! ^-^
